Wetsuit Warranty

FLORENCE wetsuits are made using the best materials available. Standard Issue wetsuit styles carry a limited 1-year warranty from the date of shipment on materials & workmanship. Under our warranty guidelines, FLORENCE will repair or replace, at FLORENCE’s sole discretion, your wetsuit if found to be defective under normal use and proper care. 

Warranty Policy Requirements/limitations:

  • Wetsuit must have been purchased within a year of the claim being filed.

  • All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from an authorised dealer.

  • Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty.

  • Warranty approval is at the sole discretion of FLORENCE.

Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Items purchased from a non-authorised dealer.

  • Repairs, or alterations, to any area of the product done or attempted by anyone other than an authorised Florence repair facility.

  • Products classified as seconds, samples, or used.

  • All items purchased on sale, regardless of the place of purchase or whether bought on Florence’s Site.

  • Damage from sunlight, chlorine, improper recreational use or care, or any damage beyond the product's natural life expectancy. 

  • Warranty claims requests without valid proof of purchase.

How to Process a Warranty Claim:

E-mail the warranty department to obtain warranty authorisation:

  • Email us at support@florencemarinex.eu with the following information:

    • Photos of the item

    • Proof of purchase

    • Description of defect

    • Shipping address and phone number

Once warranty is authorised:

  • Make sure your wetsuit is clean and dry. Dirty and/or wet wetsuits will be returned to customers without repairs being made.

  • Ship your wetsuit promptly.

  • Include a copy of the original receipt.

  • FLORENCE is not liable for any items lost in transit. Customers are responsible for all tracking information on return shipments.

Customers are responsible for all costs incurred on shipping warranty item(s). FLORENCE will cover shipping cost on replacement or repaired item(s) shipping back to the customer.
