Returns

We hope you love your Florence gear, but we understand that sometimes products don’t fit, or you just want to return your purchase. That’s not a problem! 

You can return your items to us provided:

• You made your purchase from Florence Marine X EU (this site only)
• Your purchase was received within the last 30 days
• Your product(s) are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, has the original tags and packaging.

How to Return Your Item(s)

Please package your return up as securely as possible and include a note with your original order number, name, contact information and reason for return.

Once we have received your return we will issue a refund as soon as possible. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, it’s best to return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order as soon as it’s convenient. If you would prefer to exchange any item(s) please get in touch with us first and we will organise this for you.

More Information

Customers are responsible for the cost of returns and ensuring they get to us safely. We will be unable to accept responsibility for returns that are lost in transit to us. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.
