Delivery
Final orders for Christmas
In order to allow plenty of time and to avoid disappointment we recommend placing orders by Tuesday 17 December. Any orders after this may take longer than normal to be received. The last day for shipping is Monday 23 December and any orders placed after this will be shipped after Christmas.
Delivery to Europe
Orders are processed in our distribution centre in the Netherlands and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. During busier times it can sometimes take a little longer. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your shipment tracking number which you can use to track the delivery status.
