Final orders for Christmas
To allow plenty of time, we recommend placing orders before Wednesday 17 December. Any orders made after this may take longer than normal to be received. The last day for shipping dispatch is Tuesday 23 December and any orders placed after this will be shipped after Christmas.
Delivery to Europe
Orders are processed in our distribution centre in the Netherlands and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. During busier times, it can take a little longer. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your shipment tracking number, which you can use to track the delivery status—or visit our Track My Delivery page.
