The Florence Abyss Hooded Jacket is a water-resistant, lightweight jacket constructed from the same fabric as our best-selling boardshorts. A great everyday-carry jacket, we usually toss one on for a day out on the water – especially in tropical, squally conditions.

RETURNS

We hope you love your Florence Marine X gear, but we understand that sometimes products don’t fit, or you just want to return your purchase. That’s not a problem!

You can return your items free of charge as long as:

You made your purchase from a Florence Marine X EU (this site only)
Your purchase was received within the last 30 days
Your product(s) are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, has the original tags and packaging.

Please contact our customer service team who will be able to get your free returns label along with instructions sent over to you. We use DPD Shop Returns for all of our orders and returns are normally received back and processed quickly.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a new size, please return the original for a refund and place a new order as soon as you can.

For any orders returned not using our free returns service, we will be unable to reimburse any shipping charges incurred.

We stand behind our gear. If you’re not satisfied with your order, return it within 30 days in new, unused condition with the original packaging and tags for a replacement or full refund. If you believe there’s a manufacturing defect that didn’t come from wear and tear, you can contact our customer service here for next steps.
