Returns

We hope you love your Florence Marine X gear, but we understand that sometimes products don’t fit, or you just want to return your purchase. That’s not a problem! 

You can return your items free of charge as long as:

• You made your purchase from a Florence Marine X EU (this site only)
• Your purchase was received within the last 30 days
• Your product(s) are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, has the original tags and packaging.

How to Return Your Item(s)

Please contact our customer service team who will be able to get your free returns label along with instructions sent over to you. We use DPD Shop Returns for all of our orders and returns are normally received back and processed quickly.

Currently, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size, please return the original for a refund and place a new order as soon as possible.

Please note that any orders returned not using our free returns service, we will be unable to reimburse any shipping charges incurred.
